Steve Dugan
Steve Dugan was born in 1950 in McColl, South Carolina. He and his wife, Julie, got married in 1970. They have two children and two grandchildren. During his life he has had struggles, highs and lows. But, he has been thankful to God for His goodness in both the low times and in the high times. He has served in the Army Reserve, as a campaign aide to former President Jimmy Carter, as a Congressional staffer, and as a practicing attorney.
