Becca’s Bane and Blessings

In “Precious Bane”, by Mary Webb, Prue tells about her life with the bane of her cursed “harelip”. I tell of my experiences with the same bane and how God turned it into a blessing.

Born with cleft palate and cleft lip, I describe the various trials and triumphs of the surgeries, situations, and the blessings of my family. In all of it, God was there to guide and protect me. My goal is to encourage all who read it to know without a shadow of a doubt that God knows and He understands our pain and His love is real.
