On September Margo got to hang with 3-6 grade students all day during the Heartland Book festival! She read her book and discussed her writing process, what it means to be an author, and what illustrators do! What a fun event with some amazing students!
Margo & Gigi are having a blast visiting schools! Your school can partner with Margo too! Send us a message by clicking here to discuss having Margo & Gigi come read to the students at your school!
Margo & GiGi had so much fun visiting and making friends at Barnes & Noble in Elizabethtown. They even brought along their pink flamingo friend & got to take pictures with some of their new friends! Check out some of the new people they met below.
Dreams With Wings was started in 2000 by a group of individuals who wanted to improve the quality of services, programs, and community inclusion for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities including autism. Margo and Gigi went out to visit and tell them a little story! They had an amazing time laughing and getting to know all these amazing people!
Gigi wants to wish all her friends and family a wonderful Valentine’s Day!
Gigi loved meeting all her new fans Barnes & Noble on Saturday the 9th. She wants to thank everyone for buying her book and supporting her owner, Margo. Happy Valentines Day to everyone ❤️
Christmas time is here for Gigi. She is so excited to share her new story with all of you! She hopes Santa is planning on dropping The Lost Bone under the tree for you all this holiday season! Check out the events page to join GiGi and Margo at one of their live book readings!
Welcome. My name is Margo Smith, author of The Lost Bone. I’m so happy to have you as a visitor to my blog about my new book. This project is very special to me, and I hope to share some of that excitement with you here.
I’ll be using this blog to interact with you about The Lost Bone, expanding on some of the topics in it and blogging on some of the ideas related to my book. This is a great place for you to get to know me, and I’m looking forward to getting to know you, too. What did you think of The Lost Bone? What questions do you have for me? How do you relate to my book?
I’ll be returning here frequently with new posts and responses to feedback from you. Until next time, tell me a little bit about yourself.
