My name is Carmen. This recipe book comes after years of cooking. My knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm comes from my insatiable passion for food. For years, I saw mom cook the most delicious meals. My recipes are not all from the Island in the Caribbean where I was born, although there is a fair share of them. I really love eating and like my mother before me, I am always looking for ways to create new dishes.
