ABOUT THE BOOK
We receive our salvation, eternal life, by believing that Christ died on the cross for our sins, and He arose on the third day victorious over death. Each person needs to realize that they have sinned and should ask God for His forgiveness. As we receive our forgiveness through Jesus Christ, it allows God’s spirit, the Holy Spirit, to live within us and be a part of our lives. This is the first step in having a relationship with God. Our relationship begins here on earth as we live our daily lives. As we die and go to eternity, our salvation lets us enter Heaven to be with God the Father, with Jesus Christ at God’s right hand, forever. Jesus acts as our advocate to the Father.
Our work with God, as we are living on earth, is a daily experience with Him.
He is with us and within each of His children every day of our lives. Acknowledging Him in all we do is very important in growing in His presence.
As we live in this world, each of us faces trials, tribulations, and temptations. With God walking with us, we are helped through the adverse situations by His presence. We may feel heavy with our problems, but our trust and faith in God will strengthen and help us cope and overcome the trials and adversities.
