About the Author

Mariella was born in the high country, Omeo, Victoria. Her family moved south to Werribee soon after where she spent her childhood. She lives in Hervey Bay, Queensland and has three children, Doug, Damien and Danielle, of whom she is very proud. Mariella has worked as an administration assistant, sales consultant, freelance artist and mother. She loves sewing, reading, walking, painting with acrylics, travelling, keeping active, great food and is passionate about barracking for her AFL team, Collingwood. Mariella and husband, Arthur, enjoy a relaxed, peaceful life in an amazing part of the world.
