The Encouraging Mentor<\/em><\/strong> offers mostly one-page outlines that provide you with deeply engaging formative questions to launch conversations that matter. The tools can be used by anyone without any formal training. I designed them as simple conversation starters that can be used whether you have five or fifty-five minutes to chat. Many of the tools can also be used with both small and large groups to foster introductions, interactions, and to reenergize groups mid-meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The nonformal approach guides you to use prompts found in this book to have brief conversations at that right time. This can help someone achieve their best self in their career or life. More importantly, this encouragement might also simply help someone make it through the day. Encouragement can reenergize. It can help people flourish. Encouragement shines light in darkness. Encouragement, one needed word at the right time, can literally save a life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
