I have done journaling over a decade now, it\u2019s been helping me to have a consistent and content relationship with God. It has helped me to pray even when I don\u2019t feel praying and to push through when I think I can\u2019t and it allows me to look back at what the Lord has done in my life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At a time we don\u2019t notice what God is doing in our daily lives, He is constantly fighting for us. It\u2019s easy to miss every day\u2019s little steps and victories in the Lord but journaling allows me to go back to those moments and recognize all uncelebrated victories with my Heavenly Father, to do less worrying, instead to rest more in Him and to trust that He knows the best.
