I have decided to write my story in the hope that it might help someone else who\u2019s been struggling to get help with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or addiction. It was a difficult decision to make, as I live in a relatively small town and know it won\u2019t take long for the word to get around! Also, I have two businesses, and I really don\u2019t want them to suffer, as we\u2019ve just gone through the Covid-19 years, which have been really tough on my businesses along with many others. We\u2019ve managed to keep going so far, so that\u2019s a bonus. So, here we go. Let\u2019s find out all about addiction, OCD, and being diagnosed with bipolar disorder at nearly 60 years old!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
